Returns Policy

  1. Customers are welcome to return or exchange your order to the Supplier of the Product (and not the Website) within 10 days of the date of delivery in its original packaging and condition.  No returns will be accepted for any Products that is not sufficiently packaged, regardless the reason for return.  Once we are satisfied of the condition of the item, you will be refunded via your original method of payment or have the option to exchange your item.
  2. In order to arrange a return, please contact the Website and we will direct you to the Supplier to whom the relevant Product will be returned. Exchanges are only allowed for the exact same item (i.e. same item in another colour or print) and/or an item of the exact same value. If you would like an item of a different value from the Website, you will have to purchase this separately or wait until you have been refunded.

Unfortunately the Website does not accept returns of sale items.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.  

Any shipping fees associated with making returns are the responsibility of the Customer and will not be refunded.

If your Product is damaged in any way on delivery to you, please notify us and send us images as proof within 10 days of delivery on orders@housegardenshop.co.za so that we may correct this as soon as possible.

No returns will be accepted for any Products that is not sufficiently packaged, regardless the reason for return.  If any returned Product is damaged during return transit due to obvious insufficient packaging, you may not qualify for a refund / exchange and may be charged the return shipping fee to have the damaged goods returned to you.  

  • Please note that certain Products on the Website are custom made and non- refundable.  You will see these applicable products on the specific Products’ listing page(s).
